Deliveries within Germany:

1. Immediately available: The goods are delivered from the central warehouse. Depending on the selected delivery address, the goods are shipped by direct delivery or by parcel service. Deliveries are usually made within the next 1-2 working days, taking into account the applicable order deadline. The order deadline applies to orders of loose items from the central warehouse to the standard delivery address.

2. Available from ext. stock: The goods are delivered from the external warehouse. The goods are shipped by parcel service. The delivery time is usually 4-6 working days. New tyre goods from the external warehouse can be up to 36 months old. The delivery times for items from an external warehouse outside Germany may vary.

3. The estimated delivery time is indicated in the order overview and in the order confirmation. However, this may vary depending on the selected products and the shipping method.

4. delivery times for pre-configured complete wheels can be obtained from our sales department.

5. The shipping costs depend on the selected delivery address.

Deliveries in the EU (outside Germany):

1. Depending on the selected delivery address, delivery is made by direct delivery or by parcel service. Deliveries in the EU are generally made within the next 1-3 working days, taking into account the applicable order deadline. The order deadline applies to orders of loose items from the central warehouse to the standard delivery address.

2. The estimated delivery time is indicated in the order overview as well as in the order confirmation. However, this may vary depending on the selected products and the shipping method.

3. Delivery times for pre-configured complete wheels can be obtained from our sales department.

4. The shipping costs depend on the selected delivery address.

Returns

Best4Tires GmbH does not recognize any obligation to take back ordered and correctly delivered goods. Returns as a gesture of goodwill are made in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

The credit note is always issued with a deduction of 10% of the gross invoice amount and 9.50 euros delivery and storage costs per item.

The delivered goods / wheel/tire combination must be inspected before mounting It. Check for admissibility/suitability before fitting. In the case of complete wheels, the air pressure must be adapted to the respective vehicle. (Expert opinion on the Internet on our homepage).

Please note that RECLAMATIONS due to imbalance and/or concentricity can only be processed if the rims have not been driven.

Mounted/ridden goods cannot be exchanged. Product complaints about tires can only be processed if a correctly completed complaint form has been submitted.
