We would like to urgently inform you that there is currently a large-scale phishing campaign in circulation that imitates the design of our invoices. These fake emails claim to be sent from the address noreply@best4tires.com, but do not originate from our servers. The goal of this campaign is to get you to download an invoice archive in a ZIP file via a Dropbox link. Under no circumstances should you click on this link and delete the email.
We take your security very seriously and would like to give you some important tips on how to spot these fraudulent emails:
Check the sender: Even if the email seems to come from us at first glance, check the sender address carefully. Emails from Best4Tires inviting you to take an action are always sent via verified channels.
No direct links: We never ask you to download invoice archives, enter personal information, or make payments via a direct link in our emails. If an email asks you to go to a website via a link, you should be careful.
Watch out for anything unusual: Spelling errors, unusual formatting or an atypical writing style can be indications of a phishing email.
Contact us if you are unsure: If you have any doubts about the authenticity of an email, please do not click on any links or open any attachments. Instead, we ask that you contact your account manager or our support team directly.
If you have any questions or are unsure, we are available to you at any time. You can reach your personal customer advisor using the contact details you know. Your safety and trust in our communication are our top priority.
We thank you for your attention and understanding in this matter.
